New Startup project shall be based on the innovation in products, service, prototype, and business model with strong potential. The project will be reviewed by Committee to evaluate the proposals scope and business plan.
Within the last 3 years, if any awards were given related to product design or grants provided from angel funds or venture capital, the application shall receive prioritization for the subsidy consideration.
The subsidy is designed to fund one per project. The total amount shall not exceed 50% of the overall project budget, up to NTD 1 million.
