To ensure the smooth operation of the project panel review meeting, all applicant units are requested to strictly observe the following rules regarding attendance and presentation:
1. Attendance is strictly limited to the company representative, principal investigator, project contact person, employees listed under project, consultants listed under project, and subcontractors / outsourced vendors listed under project at panel review meeting. A maximum of 3 people and no more than 1 consultant and Subcontractor / outsourced vendor are permitted into the panel review meeting.
2. The presenter must be the project principal investigator; if the project principal investigator is unable to attend the presentation, the presentation should be delivered by the head of the enterprise or employees listed under project by obtaining permission from the Committee Member before presentation.
3. Consultant or subcontractor must request and obtain permission from the Lead Committee Member before answering questions during the meeting.
